  A West Point graduate, Army football letterman, Army Ranger, and combat veteran, Richard “Whit” Whittington knows what it means to serve. He also knows what it means to lead.

Whit is a dynamic executive with a background spanning from homebuilding to technology startups to large private equity backed specialty infusion companies. His leadership in operations, marketing, sales, and insurance contracting have consistently demonstrated his ability to build high-functioning teams and drive success.

Throughout Whit’s journey, his commitment to his fellow veterans has been unwavering. Today, that means a dedication to providing exceptional care through Patriot Care Delivery, and as one of the founders of The SUP Vets, a non-profit which provides no-cost wellness surf retreats for veterans.

  Rich Hoover is a proven leader in both the military and the business sector. His career is built on resilience and service. Rich is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and Rice University, The Jones School of Business and retired Army Lieutenant Colonel.
 

In his distinguished military career, Rich led teams in both direct action and intelligence collection and directed strategic planning at the highest levels of the US government. He served in both Army Ranger and Special Forces units before turning his focus to veteran healthcare.
 

Partnering with Whit, he spent five years in specialty pharmacy helping steer the revamp and growth of a large private-equity backed specialty pharmacy. From raising dogs for Wounded Warrior guide dog program to helping veterans successfully transition into post military careers, Rich has demonstrated his commitment to putting veterans first in every way. 

Kevin Randall has spent the last 20 years solidifying his position as a government contracting expert, having traversed his way through the ranks from proposal manager to executive level.  

Kevin has gained incredible insight through his experiences with businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar organizations. His knowledge of Military and Veteran Health systems and technical intricacies within the government is incomparable. 

Kevin is a Marine Corps Veteran with a background in Legal Services. He has a computer information science education and a sales acumen that stands out in any competitive environment.  

Still, Kevin stays rooted to his humble midwestern upbringing. He insists “you should always do what you do to make a difference,” and believes the most successful people are well-rounded. The epitome of a Marine, he's straight forward, committed, and takes on challenges whole-heartedly.
